Ok, so I know this album isn’t new; it came out last july. That being said, I’ve been obsessed with Cataldo’s sophomore record, Signal Flares. Eric Anderson, the face of the band, writes charming pop songs behind minimalist folk orchestrations. His lyrics are irresistible; consistently dropping lines that you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
